I’ve worked in support, customer success, account management, and sales for the last 10 years. I’ve lead customer support and success teams and functions. Been on the front lines customer facing at high growth start ups and public companies.

I work closely with the post sales teams to help implement new and optimize current processes. I collaborate with executive and leadership teams to ensure a successful post sales process and metrics to help accellerate your company’s overall growth.

I’m based in San Francisco, but available to travel for longer consulting engagements.
